What types of properties do you manage? We manage single family detached and attached homes, townhomes and condominiums.

Will you show my property? Yes, we will gladly meet with potential renters and agents to show your property. We respond quickly to requests to view a property.

How do you select tenants? We utilize background screening services to identify ideal tenants. Many times, the best tenants rent exclusively through a reputable property management company because the entire process - from viewing the property, to negotiations, to signing the lease agreement, to dealing with maintenance and repairs and making rental payments - is more efficient and streamlined.

How often do you inspect rental properties? Maintaining a residential property requires active care and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of your home. We perform pre-management inspections, move-in, move-out and seasonal inspections as well as occasional drive by inspections. Inspections allow us to identify any maintenance issues that need to be fixed before they become expensive problems and also ensure tenants are following lease terms and taking care of tenant required maintenance.  All inspections are documented in writing and with photos as needed.

When can I expect to receive my monthly owner’s check? We process payments as quickly as possible following the close of business on the 5th of each month. After the payment is received, processed and posted to the account, we reconcile each statement and process your payment on or before the 10th. Your payment can be remitted via a paper check (US Mail) or direct deposit. Direct deposit payments could be affected by weekends, holidays and your bank’s ACH processing time. Checks that are mailed typically take 2-3 business days to arrive.

Does Argus work with Section 8 and other housing voucher programs? Yes, Argus is affiliated with all major housing voucher offices in Georgia.
