Single-family attached properties typically cover exterior maintenance as outlined in the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions; however, all repairs or damage caused by a homeowner/tenant through negligence or misuse is the responsibility of the homeowner. Please refer to the governing documents for your community for specifics on the repairs that fall under the responsibility of the HOA.
